Jason Kokrak outduels Jordan Spieth to win Charles Schwab Challenge

Jason Kokrak outdueled Jordan Spieth on Sunday at Colonial to claim a two-stroke victory at the Charles Schwab Challenge in Fort Worth, Texas.
The 36-year-old Kokrak carded an even-par 70 to win his second PGA title by two strokes.
The American smashed five bogeys and three birdies in his final round to finish his campaign at 14-under 266 at the $7,500,000 prize money event.
Jordan Spieth, who was leading by a stroke going into the final round, bogeyed the 18th to finish second on 12 under par.
England's Ian Poulter finished in a four-way tie for third, two shots further back, with a final round of 68.

"You stay in the moment, and it's a golf course. You're playing the golf course, you're playing yourself. You're not really playing Jordan," Kokrak said. "But for where we got to in comparison to some of the other players, I knew it was going to be a boxing match and see who was going to come out on top."
There was a huge crowd following the only contending group all day; and wanting the Dallas-native Spieth to grab the title, who was a leader at the start of the final round.
"Naturally, you're going to pull for the hometown kid. I appreciate it. I appreciate the gamesmanship," Kokrak said. "Jordan was amazing all day. He's a true champion, and he's won multiple times and is an incredible player. I'm glad to be standing victorious above a guy that's so good."
Kokrak, playing in his 16th tournament since winning the CJ Cup at Shadow Creek in October, became the third player with two PGA Tour wins this season. He joined Bryson DeChambeau and Stewart Cink in that group.
