How can I redeem my Gift Card?
Using your Gift Card as a payment method is simple. Just add items to your shopping cart on Golfoy and proceed to checkout. You'll find the "Apply Gift Card" section located just above the Cart summary.
How long will it take for me to receive my Gift Card purchase?
If you ordered an E-Gift Card, the recipient should receive the card via email within 10 minutes of purchase.
How are Gift Cards delivered and what does the recipient receive?
The E-Gift Cards are emailed to the recipient within 10 minutes of your purchase. The email sent to them includes a link to receive the E-Gift Card online. Upon opening the link, the recipient will see the Gift Card code and amount.
Can I cancel my E-Gift Card purchase?
We’re sorry, but it's not possible to cancel a Gift Card after purchase. However, please note that there are plenty of great golf products available for purchase using your E-Gift Card.
When does my Gift Card expire?
Golfoy E-Gift Cards is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Are there limits to how I may redeem my Gift Card?
Gift Cards can’t be used to purchase additional Gift Cards.
Is there a limit to how much money I can add to my Gift Card?
Yes, each E-Gift Card is limited to a ₹ 1,00000 value.
What happens if I redeem my Gift Card to purchase something and then return it?
No problem. If you return an item that was paid for with a Gift Card, we will refund the Gift Card credit back once we receive your return.
Why do I receive an error when I try to use my Gift Card?

Terms of redemption
- This E-Gift Card is redeemable only on the Golfoy.
- The E-Gift Card once issued is valid for a year (total period of 12 months) only from the date of issue
- Gift Card is not transferable to any other account or to any bank account.
- If the order value is less than the total amount of the Gift Card, the remaining balance will be shown in the Gift Card section of my account dashboard and can be used for future transactions.
- If the order value exceeds the gift card amount, the user must pay the remaining balance. By using the Gift Card, the user agrees to cover any additional costs incurred beyond the Gift Card's value.
- The user of the E-Gift Card shall be solely responsible for any taxes, duties, levies, or other statutory dues and charges associated with the benefits accruing from the card
- The user is solely responsible for the safety and security of the E-Gift Cards. Golfoy Portal shall not be held responsible for any acts of omission or commission if an E-Gift Card is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
- All orders placed using the Gift Card are subject to product availability at the time of purchase and will be governed by the standard terms and conditions on the Golfoy. For information on returning purchased items, please refer to our website's 'Return Policy'.
- Golfoy assumes no responsibility for products purchased using the Gift Card, and any associated liability is expressly disclaimed. Product warranties are governed by the terms and conditions specified on the product page of respective product.
