Sungjae Im captures second PGA Tour title with 4-shot win

South-Korean golfer Sungjae Im produced a flawless 9-under 62 in the final round of Shriner’s Open to claim his second PGA Tour title.

Sungjae Im, who finished the 2020 Masters tournament at the tied-2nd position, scored 24-under 260 in his four-day journey at the TPC Summerlin to win the title by 4-shot.

Matthew Wolff, who carded a solid 7-under in the first round, played a decent game throughout the tournament and completed his campaign at a total score of 20-under 264.

Pack of 3 golfers, including the 2020 Tokyo Olympic silver medalist Rory Sabbatini, finished at third position at 19-under 265.

Sam Burns, who won the PGA Tour’s last week's event at Country Club of Jackson, ended his Shriner’s run at the tied-19th position.

Im, with the help of 26 birdies and one eagle in four rounds, outlasts his competitors and claim his overall fifth professional victory.

Anirban Lahiri, the only Indian playing at the event, who after the first round was at tied-10th position, carded 70, 72, and 71 in the next three rounds to end his run at tied
