Taehoon Ok and Suradit share clubhouse lead at SMBC Singapore Open

Taehoon Ok and Suradit Yongcharoenchai shared a clubhouse lead in the first round of the SMBC Singapore Open in Singapore on Thursday.
Ok, and Yongcharoenchaieach shot a 5-under-66 at the par-71 Sentosa Golf Club. Both carried a one-shot lead when play was stopped with 52 players out of a total of 130 unable not finish their first round on Thursday.
The remaining 52 players with unfinished first rounds will resume play at 7:30 a.m. GMT+8 tomorrow. Round two will get underway immediately after the completion of round one on Friday.
Sodom Kaewkanjana, Sihwan Kim and Justin De Los Santos were tied second in the clubhouse with scores of four-under 66.
A pack of ten golfers, including last week’s winner Joohyung Kim, were a further shot back at the tied-sixth spot.
Veer Ahlawat, who has yet to finish his round 1, was best-placed Indian at the tied-25th place after cading 1-under 70 thru 12 holes.
Among the Indian golfers, Shiv Kapur and Viraj Madappa, who both finished their first-round with even-par scores, tied for 36th place with veteran Jyoti Randhawa and the young gun Aman Raj, who will complete their remaining rounds tomorrow.
Ten-time PGTI winner Rashid Khan was tied for 58th place after finishing his opening round at 1-over 73.
